When will the City of Coquitlam start monitoring the parks for dogs off-leash?
We walk our dogs daily at Blue Mountain Park and regularly see dogs and their owners using the enclosed ball diamond as their personal play field.
This is where kids play ball.
Someone could slip in dog crap, or step in a hole a dog dug and break their leg.
There are a number of off-leash parks in Coquitlam, and nearby in Burnaby, for people to let their dogs loose.
Use them.
