Pandemic not stopping Shoe Company move into Coquitlam Centre

All through the COVID-19 pandemic, people have heard about an endless string of business closures and hard financial times. So it’s a perhaps a positive sign that a Canadian shoe giant isn’t letting the pandemic stop it from opening a new store.

All through the COVID-19 pandemic, people have heard about an endless string of business closures and hard financial times.

So it’s a perhaps a positive sign that a Canadian shoe giant isn’t letting the pandemic stop it from opening a new store.

The Shoe Company is set for the grand opening of its new store at Coquitlam Centre this Saturday at 11 a.m., according to the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

The first 50 guests will receive gift cards to welcome them.

The Shoe Company sells such brands at Converse, Vans, New Balance and Adidas.

According to a posting on the company’s website, their stores are taking COVID-19 seriously with constant cleaning and other measures.
