Value Village is having a grand opening for its third Coquitlam store on Thursday, July 5.
It's the Bellevue, Washington-based thrift store chain's 21st store in British Columbia.
The ribbon cutting is set for 8:45 a.m. at 1301 United Blvd. and will be attended by Value Village executives and a representative from the store's non-profit partner, Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.
The store will also have a preview shopping event on Tuesday, July 3 at 6 p.m. Members of the community were invited to attend and the company is expecting nearly people to line-up before the event starts.
The newest Coquitlam store and community donation centre will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
