Join Meghan Dunn, the BC community engagement co-ordinator for Osteoporosis Canada, for a workshop at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (2150 Wilson Ave., Port Coquitlam). Her talk at 1:30 p.m. in the Mabbett Hall North room will give an overview of what osteoporosis is, its risk factors and nutrition.
