Teen bands, bowling

Teens can hear from the bands Complex 33 and Outer Haven at the Youth Rock 'N Bowl Concert Series, happening at 5:30 p.m. and at 8 p.m. at PoCo Bowl (2263 McAllister Ave., Port Coquitlam). The $25 entry includes the youth entertainment, two slices of pizza, a drink, two games of bowling and bowling shoes.

Legion dance

Cut a rug at the Coquitlam branch of the Royal Canadian Legion (1025 Ridgeway Ave., Coquitlam) with musician Brian Zalo and his band. The music starts at 7 p.m.

Pull on your Coquitlam Express jersey to support the hockey team on home ice as it battles the Prince George Spruce Kings at the Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex (633 Poirier St., Coquitlam) at 7 p.m.
