Christmas Craft Fair
It’s the 42nd year for the Coquitlam Christmas Craft Fair, held this year at the Poirier Forum (next to the Dogwood Pavilion, 618 Poirier St.) from 4 to 9 p.m. Admission is $5/$3 (no cost for kids 12 and under). Tickets are via Eventbrite.ca.

Coach vs Coach
See the coaches of the Coquitlam Minor Hockey League battle it out on ice to raise money for SHARE Family and Community Services. The game takes place at 6 p.m. at the Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex (633 Poirier St., Coquitlam). Non-perishable food donations, as well as cash, tap and grocery gift cards, will be accepted for admission.
Light of the season
Hear music and poetry in the Sounds of the Season concert, a kick-off to the Reflections Festival at Place des Arts in Coquitlam (1120 Brunette Ave.) from 7 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $21/$16. A cash bar will be available.

Take to the dance floor at the Royal Canadian Legion branch 263 in Coquitlam (1025 Ridgeway Ave.) as Front Page hits the stage at 7 p.m.

One-Act Play
Theatre students at Heritage Woods Secondary (1300 David Ave., Port Moody) get ready for next week's MetFest at the school by presenting two 30-minute shows: I'm a Teenager Get Me Out of this Family, written by Jim Garvey and directed by students Kinley Yu and Olivia Schneider; and Metamorphoses, penned by Mary Zimmerman and directed by students Zephyr Walters and Mila Morshedian. The curtain rises at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5.

Operation Red Nose
If you’re out tonight and need a safe ride home, call the volunteers at Operation Red Nose Tri-Cities — an organization that supports KidSport Tri-Cities to help families register their children in sports. A driver and navigator will drive you home in your own vehicle while an escort driver in another car follows behind to collect the volunteers afterward. The hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.
