A Coquitlam restaurant will be dimming the lights and turning up the ambience on Oct. 24 for Power Smart Month.
The Candlelight Conservation Dinner at The Copper Club, located in the Executive Plaza Hotel, is part of a BC Hydro campaign to get local restaurants to practise and increase awareness about energy efficiency.
More than 77 restaurants are participating in the initiative in 11 B.C. communities. Each participating restaurant will be extending an exclusive discount or special offer for the night. These range from a free appetizer to two-for-one entrées or featured menu items.
