Public's help needed to identify suspect in TD Bank robbery

Coquitlam RCMP are hoping the public can help them identify a suspect wanted in connection with a Port Coquitlam bank robbery earlier this month. On April 11 at about 4:30 p.m.

Coquitlam RCMP are hoping the public can help them identify a suspect wanted in connection with a Port Coquitlam bank robbery earlier this month.

On April 11 at about 4:30 p.m., the suspect entered the TD Bank on Prairie Avenue, approached the teller and demanded money. Investigators believe he fled in a vehicle but it's not known what kind.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man of about 40 to 50 years old with salt-and-pepper facial hair; he is 5'10" tall with a slim build and was wearing a navy blue ball cap and jacket, black sunglasses, a black t-shirt, black pants and grey and black shoes. He is described as having a long, pointed nose and a long stride when walking.
