If there’s a beer-lover on your holiday shopping list, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
Early bird tickets are now available for the Rotary Club of Port Moody’s annual Search for the Perfect Pint event that takes place in the galleria at city hall (100 Newport Dr.) on May 2, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m.
The gathering features more than 25 breweries and food vendors from across the province, including the city’s famed Brewers Row. There’s also live music.
Proceeds from the event help Rotary support various local organizations like the Mossom Creek hatchery, the Burrard Inlet Marine Enhancement Society, SHARE and the Port Moody Soccer Club, along with scholarships for students at Heritage Woods Secondary School.
“Search for the Perfect Pint is a club and community favourite,” said a statement on the Rotary club’s website, adding its 600 tickets sell out every year.
Each $50 admission ticket includes a taster glass and all the samples of beer and food you can handle, with no additional tokens required. On Jan. 1, the price goes up to $55.
