Volunteers are needed to help plant trees along Scott Creek this weekend.
The event is part of TD Bank's Tree Days and is being co-hosted by the city of Coquitlam, offering up 650 trees for the green space. Participants can take part between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday and are asked to meet at Eagle Ridge Drive.

To date, TD Tree Days, which is put on by the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, has planted close to 400,000 trees.
