A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries after a collision on Coquitlam's Westwood Plateau last night, Oct. 2.
Police say the accident happened around 7:30 p.m. at the David Avenue and Johnson Street intersection involving a black Hyundai and a motorcycle.
The driver of the Hyundai remained on scene, Coquitlam RCMP said in a news release.
The Investigational Support Team (IST) has assumed conduct of the investigation.
Mounties are also seeking video surveillance or dash camera footage of the area of Johnson Street and David Avenue in Coquitlam between 7:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
