For three decades, Tri-City kids with a flair for drama, comedy and everything in between have brought their talents into the Theatrix spotlight.
Now, the youth and children's theatre society is set to thank the public for its support all these years by hosting a unique, interactive experience later this month.
On June 25, Theatrix will present A Memory Masquerade in a tribute to its 30 years of practice, performance and perseverance.
According to the organization, guests in attendance will be treated to a walking tour through the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (PCCC) and will be met with live performances, games, music and dancing.
Each room is set to present a theme — Garden of Dreams, Carnival of Rainbows and Sea of Stars — in honour of Theatrix's past, present and future, including cameos from local alumni.
Tours are 90 minutes apiece with the first scheduled for 11 a.m.
Theatrix says there's a limit of 40 people per session with tickets starting at $15 plus service fees.
