Evergreen Line construction will cause some intermittent night-time work near the Lougheed Town Centre Station until mid-November.
Crews are now building columns for the eleveated guideway that will tie into the existing SkyTrain station.
The work is slated to take place from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. and will include installing steel reinforcements and casings, concrete pouring and drilling, coupled with heavy machinery work. Temporary fencing will be installed around the site.
When column construction shifts to North Road in early October, night-time closures down to single-lane will be required due to high traffic volumes between Lougheed Highway and Gatineau Place.
