The south-west traffic light at Ioco Road and Newport Drive to the north-west side of the road will be moving as part of construction on the Inlet Centre Fire Hall in Port Moody.
Power from the light will be disconnected today between 9 a.m and 3 p.m.
Motorists are asked to follow the direction of traffic control personnel as they make their way through the intersection.
