Members of the Hoy Creek Housing Co-op at 2905 Glen Drive are in a pre-application process for a plan to sell off two corner properties to developers for construction of two 20-storey towers and use the proceeds to re-build. The current co-op has sustained water damage over the years and many units are closed.
