This year, the prize home is described as a “3,188-square-foot modern mountainside masterpiece,” in Pemberton. Valued at over $2 million, the chalet-style home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and as a net-zero building, can produce all of its own energy.

Other perks inside include a games and bar room, sports room to stow outdoor gear, as well as a hot tub and two-person sauna.

Tickets will be sold until Labour Day, Sept. 7, and the winner will be drawn a week later.
