Osteofit in Mandarin at Glen Pine Pavilion

Coquitlam's Glen Pine Pavilion is offering for the very first time a class conducted in Mandarin Chinese. Participants will learn gentle Osteofit exercise techniques to improve strength, posture, balance and agility.

Coquitlam's Glen Pine Pavilion is offering for the very first time a class conducted in Mandarin Chinese.

Participants will learn gentle Osteofit exercise techniques to improve strength, posture, balance and agility. The program is safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia including arthritis.

A new 10- week class that starts tomorrow (Feb. 7) and runs to April 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. is open for registration. The class is taught by a certified Osteofit instructor. For more information on Osteofit, go to www.osteofit.org.
