You can take an evening walk with Metro Vancouver parks interpreters at Coquitlam’s Minnekhada Regional Park to look for these mysterious mammals at dusk, when they leave their roosts to start their “day” of eating insects.

Sessions run: Aug. 10, 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. (adults only); Aug. 12, 7:15 to 9:15 p.m.; and Aug. 19, 7 to 9 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults, $4.25 for children, youths and senior (children must be six years of age or older).
