You can get down and dirty - sort of - at Coquitlam's Inspiration Garden on Aug. 20.
The city will host a free outdoor screening of Dirt! The Movie at 7:30 p.m. Viewers should bring their own lawn chairs and blankets as seating is limited.
Dirt! The Movie tells the story of the glorious and unappreciated material beneath our feet and takes a humorous and substantial look into the history and current state of the living organic matter that we come from and will later return to.
The Inspiration Garden is a teaching garden in Town Centre Park, at the corner of Pipeline Road and Guildford Way. The garden host workshops, seminars and special events throughout the growing season, March through October.
