Whether it's a cozy date night, catching up with friends, or indulging in a little solo dining therapy, there’s no better way to beat the cold than sinking into a warm restaurant with incredible food.

And the best part? Treating your taste buds has never been easier—or more affordable.

Taste of the Tri-Cities is back, serving up all the flavors of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody at a steal. Time to eat, drink, and support your community—what’s not to love?

What was launched in 2020 by Tri-Local as a way to support local restaurants during the pandemic has since evolved into a beloved tradition. Now in its fourth year, the festival continues to showcase the best of the region, from local legends like Cakes n Sweets Bakery and Ma Now Thai Kitchen to familiar favorites like Browns Socialhouse and Earls.

“Many people don’t realize that the Tri-Cities have a wide range of cuisines and hidden gems that reflect the multicultural vibrancy of our community,” says Chloe Wan, Director of Strategy at the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, who helps sponsor the event.

"We want the festival to celebrate not only the small, family-run businesses that make our food culture so special, but also the larger brands and popular restaurant chains that play an integral role in bringing people together and elevating the Tri-Cities as a dining destination for everyone."

What’s on the menu?

From Feb. 15 to Mar. 15, 90 restaurants, pubs, breweries, distilleries, and cafes are taking part, offering exclusive dine-in menus, take-out specials, and discounted products. Whether you’re craving spicy street food, comforting pastries, or a craft beer flight, this festival showcases the full spectrum of the Tri-Cities’ culinary creativity. The festival’s timing in February is no accident. Traditionally a quieter stretch for restaurants, it’s the perfect time to encourage locals and tourists alike to explore new spots and revisit old favorites. This strategy has been vital in making Taste of the Tri-Cities not just a celebration of food but a catalyst for local business success.

At its core, that’s what the festival is all about.

We’re all invited to dine
