Port Coquitlam’s Canada Day is set to be more spectacular than ever, promises Mayor Brad West.

The free all-day event includes live music, family-friendly entertainment, a beverage garden, mouth-watering eats from local food trucks, market vendors and more. Bring your family and friends, grab your beach chairs and blankets and enjoy all the festivities at Castle Park.

“We have planned a range of exciting activities and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. It’s going to be a wonderful day of celebration, bringing our community together to honour our country and to kick off the summer season," West says.

Elevate your Canada Day experience with an extraordinary celebration! Enjoy a variety of live performances, stunning fireworks and engaging activities designed for the whole family.

"Join us for a memorable and enjoyable Canada Day. Last year we had a record crowd of 20,000 people for Canada Day. It was an amazing day with so many activities. People were feeling so positive about our community, where we're at, and where we're going," West says.

"Celebrations like that build that sense of community and positivity that we want PoCo to be known for."

Each year, this signature event draws over 20,000 attendees from Port Coquitlam and the lower mainland. Here's what visitors to Port Coquitlam's Canada Day celebrations can expect:
