Re. "Five more running" (The Tri-City News, Oct. 1).
Coun. Rosemary Small has announced her candidacy for re-election by vowing to preserve the "small-town feel" of Port Moody.
But the current council approved a new official community plan that will increase the city's population by 50% in skyscrapers.
We desperately need a regional sustainability plan from Metro Vancouver.
Any candidate who speaks the "small-town feel" mantra loses my vote.
