Vagabond cello

Ian Maksin, a world-acclaimed cellist, composer and multilingual singer performs at the Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam) at 7:30 p.m. Part of the proceeds from the concert benefit ForWellbeing, a charity providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine. Tickets are $25 to $60.

Something Rotten

Musical theatre students at Terry Fox Secondary (1260 Riverwood Gate, Port Coquitlam) present Something Rotten, a show directed and choreographed by Zelda Coertze with musical direction from Taylor Mckee. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door on show nights. The curtain rises at 7:30 p.m.
