Port Coquitlam is issuing a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI 2011-15) with pre-qualifications for businesses interested in leasing space in Leigh Square.
The space, is approximately 1,000 sq. ft,and is located at 2101-2253 Leigh Square.
Businesses interested in locating there need to compatible with the vision, location and design of Leigh Square and create synergy, according a press release.
The space was formerly rented by fair trade retail store Ten Thousand Villages.
