Port Moody is looking for a new city manager.
Tim Savoie, who's held the position as Port Moody's top staff person since 2016, is retiring.
He also worked as the city's general manager of development services from 2005 to 2014 before going to TransLink for two years as its vice-president of transportation planning and policy.
He returned to the city when his predecessor, Kevin Ramsey, retired.
In a statement, Port Moody Mayor Meghan Lahti said Savoie has guided the city "through many changes with optimism and confidence, and his experience and expertise in strategic planning, as well as the daily management of administrative operations, have made him a true asset."
Savoie's retirement is effective next February.
