What is poké?
Poké (which rhymes with OK) is a hearty meal, featuring chopped up and marinated protein, usually seafood, with a variety of vegetables, rice, and sauces.
The word poke means "chunk" in Hawaiian and poké is believed to originate in the Hawaiian islands.
