Coquitlam Mounties need the public’s help to find a 32-year-old man who went missing from a designated facility on Sunday night.
Police say Tyson Schwarz-Blackplume is wanted on a B.C. Mental Health Act Form 21 warrant following his disappearance from the unnamed facility on Jan. 19 at around 7 p.m.
RCMP say they’re concerned for his well-being.
He is described as:
- 6’5” tall
- about 250 pounds
- olive complexion
- hazel eyes
- shaved head with a dyed red mohawk hairstyle
- cross tattoos on his cheekbones
- a LONE WOLF tattoo on the knuckles of his left hand
- black and red polish on his nails
Schwarz-Blackplume was last seen wearing a black Toronto Raptors hoodie and a white bandana.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550, quoting file number 2025-1659. Alternatively, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
