A 38-year-old man is wanted by B.C. police for failing to comply with his latest probation order.
And it appears Kory Niedzielski is familiar with the offence as he has a history of similar incidents across the province, including the Tri-Cities.
Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers is now asking for the public to help find Niedzielski as his arrest warrant went into effect on Tuesday (April 4).
His most recent parole jurisdiction is Chilliwack, the non-profit organization said in a news release.
Niedzielski was once charged for a Coquitlam theft to possessing stolen property over $5,000 in April 2006.
At the time, he was also found in breach of undertaking or recognizance for a theft in Abbotsford from January same that year.
He was declared guilty for both incidents and sentenced in August 2006 in New Westminster Provincial Court.
Niedzielski is described as:
- 6'1"
- 175 pounds
- Brown hair
- Green eyes
Anyone with more information on Jarvis or his whereabouts is urged to call 9-1-1 or their local police detachment, anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or go online to www.solvecrime.ca.
Crime Stoppers says a $5,000 reward could be granted if tips and details lead to an arrest and charge.
