Land sales issues expected to swell Coquitlam board meeting

A larger crowd than usual is expected at this Tuesday's School District 43 board of education meeting, prompting district officials to switch locations.

A larger crowd than usual is expected at this Tuesday's School District 43 board of education meeting, prompting district officials to switch locations.

The contentious issue of school land sales is on the agenda, including the future of property at Porter Street elementary. A few delegations, including the Porter Street Parent Advisory Council, are expected to attend, along with a large number of parents and supporters.

The meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Gallery Room at Winslow at 1100B Winslow Ave., Coquitlam.
