Hundreds of Coquitlam residents will get a call from Ipsos Reid this and next week to gauge their views on the city.
The telephone poll, which starts today (Wednesday), is part of city hall's annual citizen satisfaction survey to look at how government programs and services are being delivered.
The 400 responses to last year's survey formed part of city council's decisions for the 2012 budget, with many people saying they would rather see civic services cut than have their property taxes go up.
Other topics covered included crime, transportation and recreation facilities.
Ipsos Reid has conducted the survey on behalf of the city since 2003.
