The missing woman has been found safe, according to Port Moody police.

The family of Donna Cristiano, reported missing out of Port Moody today (Sept. 12), is turning to the public to help find the 81-year-old.
In a release, Port Moody police (PMPD) explain the senior suffers from dementia and there is concern for her health and well-being.
She was last seen just after 11 a.m. this morning when she left Eagle Ridge Hospital.
PMPD spokesperson Const. Sam Zacharias explains Cristiano is known to use transit and is familiar with the city.
She's described as:
- White
- 5'2"
- short, shoulder-length hair
- Last seen wearing...
- Light blue t-shirt
- Dark blue pants
- Purple "Crocs" style shoes
- Carrying a white hospital bag
