Coquitlam Mounties seek man wanted on warrants

Coquitlam Mounties are requesting the public's assistance to help locate an alleged fraudster. According to a release from Cpl. Jamie Chung, Nigel Wayne Pilkington "has eluded capture for a period of time and needs to be brought to justice.

According to a release from Cpl. Jamie Chung, Nigel Wayne Pilkington "has eluded capture for a period of time and needs to be brought to justice."

He's wanted for outstanding warrants for three counts of fraud, a warrant out of Vernon and numerous warrants out of Ontario.

Police say Pilkington also uses the aliases Daymon Pilkington, Ian James Newman and Raymond James Newman. He's described as a Caucasian, 36 years old, 5'11" tall and weighing 170 lb., with brown hair and blue eyes.

Chung said if you spot Pilkington, do not approach him but instead call your local police immediately. Anyone with information about Pilkington or his whereabouts is asked to call Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550.
