These are some of the questions that crop up annually as the City of Coquitlam sharpens its pencils for the five-year financial plan. Municipal staff are asking for residents’ help to complete an online survey by Oct. 1 as they draft Budget 2024 for council’s consideration. This fall, council will receive a draft budget, as well as hear from department heads and cultural partners (e.g., Coquitlam Public Library, Evergreen Cultural Centre Place des Arts and Coquitlam Heritage Society) about what’s on their wish lists for the upcoming year.
