Young opera stars will belt out an original work next week at Port Coquitlam's Terry Fox Theatre.
The Young People's Opera Society of BC is presentingThe King Who Wouldn't Sing - penned by librettist Patricia Dahlquist and pianist George Austin, the society's president - from June 28 to 30.
