Jennifer Messina, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, will host a nutrition seminar for people 50 and older at Coquitlam's Dogwood Pavilion on Jan. 26 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Seminar participants will learn about the importance of food and nutrition in healthy aging and about the role of supplements. Messina will also talk about some common health issues, including constipation, heartburn and low energy. There will be samples for all to try.
