WHODUNNIT?
Solve a murder mystery — set at the senior prom at Mayhem High, in the 1980s — in a virtual event hosted by the Coquitlam Public Library. SPRING CLEANING
If you’ve got tax papers and other confidential documents waiting to be shredded, you can head over to the parking lot at Canadian Tire (1200 Seguin Dr., Coquitlam) where, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Rotary Club of Coquitlam will host its spring fundraiser. ART EXHIBIT
Tour the Art Gallery at Evergreen (1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam) to see Erika DeFreitas’ solo show, close magic, as curated by the facility’s visual arts manager Katherine Dennis. The series of photos, video and paper works “pre-mourn” her mother, and celebrate strong female leaders that have influenced DeFreitas’ artwork over the years. 50/50, RAFFLE
Share Family and Community Services is offering a $2,000 shopping spree at Coquitlam Centre mall, a golf package at Predator Ridge and a $250 MyTreat Visa card in its online raffle for ReImagine, its signature fundraiser this month. Tickets are $10 for a single ticket, or $25 for three tickets. As well, the Tri-City social services organization is also raising money through a 50/50 draw: Tickets are $10 for one, or $50 for three tickets.
