There are three new garden beds at Mundy Park in Coquitlam.

Three new gardens beds are at Coquitlam’s Mundy Park.

And the city is calling on residents to help the Park Spark team fill the dirt with pollinator-friendly plants to attract birds, bees and butterflies.

During the SD43 spring break, individuals, and social bubbles from the same household (up to six), can pick a time from March 23 to 25 to take part in the activity near Hillcrest Street.

Space is limited, and the event will happen rain or shine. Gloves and trowels will be available but participants can bring their own tools, too.

Visit coquitlam.ca/parkspark to register for one-hour slot.
