Claim 

Damages for breach of contract and an order that the defendant insurers cover a claim by the plaintiffs over damage to concrete columns and a roof slab caused by improperly placed concrete and rebar in the Vancouver House development.

An order that the defendant insurance company cover a claim by the plaintiff over repairs that had to be made to a micro tunnel boring machine after a component came loose and damaged another component in the course of building a water treatment plant for the Comox Valley Regional District.

Claim 

$319,062 and $196,140 for unpaid rent from the defendants, which operate the Trattoria Italian Kitchen restaurant at the plaintiff’s property.
