Police have released images from a home surveillance system after handmade bracelets being sold by an 11-year-old girl were stolen from the front porch of her Langford home.

About 40 of the bracelets, which featured gemstones and charms and were selling for $15 each, were taken.

West Shore RCMP said the theft occurred about 3:30 p.m. on July 17, when the girl and a parent went inside the residence near the 2700-block of Lakehurst Drive for a few minutes.

Anyone with information or who recognizes the woman in the video is asked to call West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
